Are You Looking To Sell Your Land?

Our expertise lies in medium size sites that can secure residential planning consent. If you have a parcel of land between 3-12 acres that you would consider selling, please see our primary criteria below.

What We Look For In Sites

Land Within or Adjacent to the Boundary of a Settlement

An old, weathered wooden barn with broken and sagging planks, some partially missing or dislodged, in a rural setting with sparse vegetation.

Land within the built up boundary has a high probability of gaining planning consent. Land just adjacent to the boundary that naturally forms part of a village or town could be considered acceptable if it’s location naturally forms part of the town.

An Agricultural Barn that’s No Longer Used For Farming

Disused agriculture barns make for wonderful opportunities for redevelopment into commercial or residential sites within the countryside. These should be located on or near a main road.
